Is it possible to be authenticated by IP address instead of username and password?
There will not be an additional fee this year for institutions requiring multiple users to access the site without username and password authentication. An additional fee may be charged for this service in the future. Please provide IP ranges if you require this type of access.

Can the website be accessed campus wide?
The scope of access will be dependent upon the IP ranges you provide. Any additional fees charged for IP authentication in the future may be based on the size of the IP ranges.

May our users access the website remotely?
Users who access the site from an IP address not included in the given range may have to enter in the apropriate username and password.

Are the publishers on the online version of CK able to fill claims or journal requests from the print version?
No. The publishers of the online version have access to single archived copies of the journal, but have no additional copies for redistribution.
